Membership in the FSHS Hall of Fame consists of graduates, advisors/coaches, and other individuals, who have made exceptional contributions to FSHS. Alumni Nomination:
- Have brought recognition to themselves and/or to FSHS because of successful endeavors.
- Have demonstrated high qualities of character/leadership during attendance and following graduation from FSHS.
- May not be considered for nomination until at least ten years following their graduation from FSHS.
FSHS Personnel Nomination:
- Be an individual (ie. teacher, principal, coach, advisor, staff) who through personal endeavor, leadership, and sacrifice over a period of years, has made extraordinary contribution to the success of FSHS.
The selection committee has the latitude to make exceptions to the above mentioned criteria. Please provide as much as the following information as possible:
